    What if my agent says something wasn't clean?

    Can the price change on the day?

    No, as long as the bedrooms, bathrooms and add-ons match your booking. Heavy extras like rubbish removal are quoted before we start, never after.

    Why is there a deposit?

    It locks in your date so it can't be given to someone else. The rest is paid after the clean.

    Do I need to be home?

    No. Most bond cleans happen after you've moved out. Leave keys with your agent or in a lockbox and we'll handle the rest.

    Is carpet steam cleaning included?

    It's an add-on, priced per bedroom. Check your lease: many Queensland leases only require it if the carpets were professionally cleaned when you moved in.

    Do I need power and water on?

    Yes. Please keep power and water connected until the clean is finished.
